Just Go Write Signature Public Relations, in Sydney, Australia, had a problem. Several problems actually.

They needed a way for multiple staffers to collaborate on media campaigns, press releases and prospecting while "telecommuting" from points scattered around Australia.

To facilitate their remote working, MSH developed a state-of-the-art, on-line job management system, designed to achieve each of the client's specified objectives. Affectionately dubbed "JOSHUA" by the site's owner, the system provides the following features:

Recently, Cushing & Sons, one of the most respect names in water well drilling in central New England, asked MSH to develop its first informational web site.

Relying on our 35 years of marketing communications experience, MSH was able to quickly transform the contents of a large cardboard box - containing Cushing's ads, articles, brochures, photographs and customer feedback - into an attractive web site that effectively positions Cushing & Sons as the premier well drilling contractor in northern New England.

Two Toms LLC,, makers of BlisterShield blister prevention products, came to MSH to "renovate" their existing web site.

While they liked the basic look and feel of the site, they realized that serious technical problems within the site were causing many of their site visitors to turn away without ordering product.

Utilizing the basic elements of the existing design, MSH revamped the site by …

• bringing the site's code into full compliance with the HTML standards
• redesigning and standardizing the navigation links that were inconsistent and often confusing
• implementing an integrated shopping cart (with real-time credit card processing) and affiliate program that worked with all operating systems and web browsers
• developing administration tools that allow TwoToms to control the content in specific areas of their site via simple web-based forms, manage orders, and monitor site activity.
